Friendly staff, lovely new pillows, lots of facilities, great area, great breakfast.

The hospitality at the hotel was bad. The staff members interchange their roles. No designated staff member for the different tasks. The food was always not ready. You have to ask for towels, tissue paper and water. I have never had such a terrible stay in my life. The carpet was very dirty, it needs to be removed. There was no privacy, the staff just enter your room without an invitation.

Please improve on cleanliness. We found items under the bed, that might be of a previous guest and then also, found nail clippings on the carpet.

No water, in the fridge. Leaking Air corn Small bed No adapter to charge my phone, I had to ask ladies in the kitchen to charge my phone
