the room was very good and the staff were lovely.

The cooked food at breakfast was not hot and had clearly being left in the supposedly hot servers for a long time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel during the Download festival weekend. All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. They were really helpful with our check in and my medication storage needs. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were happy to help especially when we had issues with parking as it was a busy weekend. Thanks for having us we will be choosing this hotel again!
