The bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing considering we paid $14/person. It was basic. Just like you’d get at a roadside motel like super 8. Parking also costs. $29 to park 1/2 a block away in a non-heated parkade. The water for shower took a very long time to warm up enough to use it. And never really got hot.

Proximity to the University hospital. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Secure parking in the parkade.

The transition to get to and from the parkade was gross. Garbage between the buildings and stairwell, drug paraphernalia in the outside stairs. Quite sketchy.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the availability of the staff, and the location of the hotel. The room was well-stocked with products to suit my needs. It was very easy to check in and out of the hotel.

There were instances where I felt as though I was smelling cigarette smoke but I couldn't tell where it was originating from.
