Gostei do atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários. As instalações são muito boas, ficamos hospedados no apartamento Gran Class, que dá direito à muitos benefícios. O café da manhã é excelente. O enxoval , tanto as roupas de cama como toalhas e roupões são de ótima qualidade. Já quero voltar.

A TV tem uma certa instabilidade com o Wi-Fi.

Café da manhã. Spa, academia, conforto do quarto.

Um hotel 5 estrelas que não tem carregador de carro elétrico. Infelizmente, depois de ficar várias vezes lá vou ter que procurar outro hotel. Isso para mim é item fundamental.

O Gran Marquise é um hotel super confortável, numa localização excelente para quem quer conhecer Fortaleza (não é muito distante do centro nem da praia do Futuro e é na Beira Mar, onde você pode fazer tudo andando de noite). O quarto é bem confortavel e os restaurantes são ótimos. A piscina, no rooftop, tem uma vista deliciosa com um pôr do sol otimo. A concierge (Ana) também foi muitissimo atenciosa, nos dando todas as informações que queríamos/precisávamos durante nossa estadia.

Acho que não custava muito dar uma água de cortesia para cada pessoa, tivemos que pagar por toda a agua natural que consumimos no quarto.
