Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, leider spürt man als Gast deutlich, dass auch hier Personalmangel herrscht. Lange Wartezeiten im Restaurant, ungepflegte Tische beim Frühstück, lange Wartezeit beim check in. Das Zimmer war sehr hell und freundlich gestaltet, die Größe überraschte uns positiv.

Hotel nella media. Un grand hotel negli anni 80 con moquette ovunque. Pulizia ottima. L’empatia del personale è un po’ carente. Può andare bene per una notte o se sei lì per business.

Helaas was de hotelkamer te heet om in te slapen. De luchtbehandeling stond op maximaal naar beneden, maar het hielp niet. Raam open hielp wel, maar te luid en te nat (regen). Verder enorme luide muziek in de nacht uit aanpalende kamer, maar daar kan het hotel niet zo veel aan doen natuurlijk.
