"won't use again."

did not get any as it was sat. and did not serve till 7am. we left at 6.30 am

no t.p. in bath room had to go to front desk for a roll. old brown carpet probably to hide dirt/ stains.

"Don’t waste your money"

If I could give zero stars, I would, there was a problem with booking the wrong night, went into the hotel and was advised by the front desk staff that Booking.com will call them in a few minutes. They’d be able to cancel it, and we would not be charged two days later fighting with the bank because we got charged for a night that we didn’t even get to stay at the hotel so not only did the front desk personnel lie. We have tried to get in contact via email via Phone and via booking messaging with the property instead get told that they will reach out to their manager and still no response a week later or any help whatsoever this is extremely disappointing and I’ve never dealt with this kind of customer service being crappy it is very disappointing as well since we love using holiday inn often.

"Amazing and will stay when were passing through, no doubt about it!"

Right off the highway! Close to food and shopping! As most reviews say, im telling you, the breakfast is AMAZING! The breakfast workers were even more amazing! They were so nice and were patient with our 2 toddlers and when we needed something they wanted to get it because they wanted to help! Receptionist was amazing as well! The TV catches all the good channels! Im honestly very happy with this experience and will be staying anytime were passing through on travels! The bed and pillows were ssoooooo comfortable!!!!! The shower soaps were awesome and we were very thankful they had them!

I tried to put the heater on and if felt like it was only blowing cold air for about 10 minutes so I just turned it off and it felt fine without it! The toilets flush really slow and make you feel like theyre going to over flow but never did!
