Motel 6-Charlotte, NC - University

Sprinkler system falling out of ceiling, floors had a wet sticky feeling throughout, stained bed sheets. Trash all around exterior of hotel. Very run down, doesn't match pictures.

The room wasn`t real clean but ok. Phone was dead, smoke detector beeped, had to stop it, hot water in sink barely flowed, had to listen to bass thumping outside the window till late, no coffee till after 8, no breakfast, questionable people hanging around outside. When I called to book they said around 120 ! I said booking.com showed about 70, he said "they over book", I said well I think I`ll try them, he hung up........ an accident???? There were plenty of rooms empty there.... I could see that.... Many open parking spots...... Staff was polite once there.... the room and facility was probably worth 40 to 50 at most!

Hôtel vieillissant et presque insalubre, capote usagée dans la chambre, wc hors service, mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et la chambre, bouche de vmc inexistante et j’en passe…. Quartier mal famé et environnement de toxicomane

It was roaches in the room soon as we checked in. Walked in the bathroom and it was urine and tissue in the toilet. I will never book her again. I checked in and checked right out. People hanging out at the entrance of the parking lot

Pros the front desk staff very professional and kind towards me and each guest they encountered during my transaction - the place was a bit run down but the room was clean, updated , the beds comfortable bathroom shower got great pressure

I had a terrifying experience in your parking lot - at 3:30 am someone began to bang on the exterior doors of the hotel side entrance . He banged on that door continuously until 4:am I know this because I sat up and listened to this noise until it stopped- I needed to leave early because I had a lot of driving - so I got myself and my son ready to leave- we had been instructed by the staff to exit either side entrance and there was the guy waiting - as soon as he say me he began to bang on the door- this was 4am - we didn’t feel safe letting him in - so we went out the other entrance where he confronted and my son - he screamed at me and said I was racist for not allowing him into the hotel- i said go to the front if your a guest I’m not gonna let you in I don’t know you- I kept approaching and my son had to tell him to step back - he said he lives in the hotel - I was one second away from calling the police- I had to jump in my car and speed out of the parking lot fearing for my son and myself- there was no security presence there was no staff that was available- I am so upset I am emotionally traumatized- and I am so disappointed and angry that your hotel would allow a guest to be put in danger this way- if my son had not jumped out behind me -this man would have harmed me - he aggressive and thought I was by myself- and only backed up when he noticed another male - this is unacceptable and I want to know what your going to do- please review your security footage I will be waiting for a response-

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and lots of prostitutes, vagrants, and drug use not just on the road leading up to the property, but around the building and in the parking lot at night. Would not recommend for kids and families.
