I didn’t even stay on the property. It was so bad. There were several people suffering from homelessness outside and in the parking lot. The young man who was working the night desk was incredibly kind and light however anything past the lobby… and I don’t feel good saying this, but I want to be completely honest… looked like a crack house.

I've been trying to reach the front desk since last week and nobody answers the business phone. I have been reaching out about an it that was left during my stay (room 213) and it seems like nobody since the day we left is manning the front desk. It's bad enough that the hotel grounds and room were disgusting. Mold, dead roaches, and let's not forget the individuals lurking in the parking lot, and sitting in the hallways for hours just to name a few. But not getting a response from the front desk after calling the number for over a week multiple times a day?AVOID THIS MOTEL if not for the shady location, the non responsive hotel staff.

Price

The room was a disaster, the light did not work, the wc was broken, the wifi worked just half of the times. The young guy at the reception locked himself in the lobby also during day not allowing to use the only amenity and refusing access to it (he lloked scaried). In general it was awful.

The lady at the desk was very nice. She made our room quickly for us and was neat. However the property, which is out of her control, was really bad. I do not recommend staying here. Trash all are around the property, loud chanting music blaring from somewhere next door, heavy police presence nearby. The property inside smelled of air freshener and marijuana. Just This place should be torn down but rehire and promote the nice lady at the front desk. She works great with what she has. Do not stay here even if you expect the minimal. Sorry.

Gross and unsafe

Im going start by just saying how garbage this place is, not only that to make things worse the person in charge doesnt even know how to work in the system to apply military discount. Found 🪳roaches in the shower too, homeless people sleeping in the hallways, this place is just a nightmare, just dont stay here. Only exception i stayed here for the night was because all good hotels had no rooms left.
