Novotel Solo

I like how the hotel feel very cozy from the lobby to the hallway and to the room. The bed was very cosy and clean. I love how the hotel doesn't serve water in plastic bottles anymore and placing many water coolers in various spots. I think the best was the customer service, there was a mistake in the system that I couldn't get the family room I booked, but the staff quickly fix the problem by giving me another room and make sure I get what I paid for: this makes me feel very valued as a guest.

Breakfast taste and quality need to be improved.

Pelayanan staff yang ramah-ramah,lokasi strategis. Makanan enak.

Lahan parkir kurang luas,terutama antisipasi saat long weekend. Apabila menginap di hari biasa sih untuk lahan parkir cukup. Tolong peralatan seperti kran air selalu diperiksa.karena waktu saya menginap saya dapat kran shower yang aus jadi susah mengatur antara shower atas dan shower tangan. Overall oke

Nice breakfast with a lot of variant and delicious taste. Nice location for the breakfast, good service and nice staff. also affordable price for additional pax who would like to have a breakfast.

It was good for the breakfast so we have no complaint about it.
