The hotel is in the city center. The staff were simply amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. I would probably stay here again. I’m happy that I chose this hotel.

It fully matches its price. Of course, if you compare it to expensive and luxurious hotels, it loses in comparison. But if I need to stay in Alicante again, I will most likely choose it once more.

La presión del agua

Pedí el cambio de habitación porque había olor a cigarrillo. Internet de mala calidad Un solo toma en toda la habitación. Sin aire acondicionado ni calefaccion

L hôtel est proche du centre ville, nous avons pu laisser la voiture au garage et se déplacer à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant, surtout la dame ! L hôtel est plutôt vieux mais très propre.

Il y avait du bruit dans les couloirs quand les gens rentraient ( voix hautes et claquements de porte).

Cama cómoda y personal muy agradable. El hotel está como a 20 minutos andando de la playa, por lo que lo contabilizaría como céntrico.

Para el precio que cobran ya podrían haber actualizado las habitaciones, sobre todo aislando las paredes del ruido ya que oíamos a los vecinos como si durmieran con nosotros.

Świetna lokalizacja, śniadania były wporządku ale mogłaby być większa różnorodność. Pokój z balkonem i dobra klimatyzacja.

Mimo obiecanej w opisie pokoju suszarki do włosów, nie było jej. Skrzypiące drzwi od łazienki, zniszczone drzwi od szafy.

The check in and out process was smooth, easy and open 24/7. We arrived late so very grateful for that! Location close to the train station was also amazing.

The air con in our room didn't work so we had the window open for air flow and it was very noisy. Beds were not that comfortable - pillow were though. Disappointed that we were given 2 beds rather than 1 bed to sleep together as a couple even though we asked for that as it was our engagement trip.

La posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metro e pulman luceros che collega l aereoporto e tutte le altre direzioni. Circa trecento metri dal mare

La stanza aveva una sola presa di corrente posta dietro il televisore nessuna a fianco del comodino. Il bagno senza finestra o vortice. Il balcone non aveva tavolino o sedia
