Ympäristö ja luonnonsuojelualue. Syysloman aktiviteetit liikuntasalissa.

Asiakaspalvelua joutui odottelemaan kun tiski oli tyhjänä sama homma myös allasbaarissa ja kylpylän kahviossa. Huone museokamaa. Hiustenkuivaaja ei toimi.

Sijainti ok

Illalla oltiin ravintolaan menossa, ei oltu pöytää varattu. Tarjoilija sanoi että voisitteko tulla myöhemmin. Oli joku seurue kuulemma tulossa. No oltais voitu juomat tilata edes odottaessa, jos pöytä olisi saatu.. No lähdettiin autolla sitten syömään Hämeenlinnan keskustaan.

Kaikki sujui hienosti, aamiainen oli todella hyvä, kuten kylpylä kaikkinensa

Oli pyydetty huone, jossa erilliset sängyt, mutta olikin parisänky. Mahduttiin kyllä kaverin kanssa siihen näinkin, mutta mukavampi olisi ollut erillisissä sängyissä :)

Sijainti kaunis, upea ympäristö kesällä.

Ihan järkyttävän kuuma huoneessa. Yöllä varmasti +35 astetta. Käytävällä oli selvästi viileämpää, joten ei voi olla kyseessä ilmastoinnin puute. Ei nukuttanut, yö meni "saunoessa" Respassa asiaan reagoitiin sanoilla "ymmärrän, kiitos palauteesta" ei ollenkaan yllättyneenä, eli heillä asia tiedossa, mutta silti myydään 274e huoneita.
