Rodd Miramichi

The breakfast was very good. It was ready for us to enjoy in good time.

Everything was very good.

We were please with our stay. The room was very clean. The front desk was helpful and answered any questions we had. We like this property because it is on the Miramichi River.

The Rodd hotel is a lovely place to stay. It has beautiful views the rooms are lovely and the amenities are great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The next time I'm in Miramichi I will definately be staying at the Rodd hotel no questions asked.

A very clean hotel with exceptional staff and service. Great location right on the Miramichi River. Room was clean and updated. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Water right outside your window! You can walk to lots of great places to eat and then hit the paved trail along the water for some exercise. It was also fun to watch the locals fish from the shoreline! The food, and service, at the 1809 was really good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is clearly well taken care of. The lobby is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, the room was wonderful and the pool was great! It's the perfect size and the water temperature was good too. They had some little toys for the kids too!

The only downside of our stay was the tv channel options.. there really wasn't much available that was family-friendly. We did find one channel but it was geared more for babies than any other age group.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool and hot tub, incredible view. Main floor rooms are incredibly convenient with a patio door allowing for direct room access from outside. Close to shopping, restaurants and a walking trail.

Food was good at the restaurant.

When we booked on booking dot com. There was no mention of the pool being closed. I actually called the front desk on Thursday because we wanted to start our pool vacation 1 day earlier. I told her that we were having a pool party weekend for our granddaughter and wanted to stay Thursday and Friday night. There was roon so we booked it. I called her again to see if see got the extended stay request from booking. So that's 2 times I called the front desk about our stay and Vanessa never informed me about the pool closure. That's the only reason we booked their hotel. My wife and I were talking about it and she called Vanessa at the front desk of the hotel before I called and she didn't mention it either. Then they we could drive back and forth on Friday to the hotel down the street to use there pool, which we would have to pay extra for, will the next day was an ice storm the coated all the cars and roads with 2 inches of ice and snow. Wouldn't that be nice to drive the kids in. The did offer $20 off each hotel room and after we declined the offer, they over charged us when we checkedout on Friday to go to the hotel down the streetwith the working pool,, over $100 per room and they were going to email the receipt that I haven't seen yet. We had a great time at the other hotel and because we had such a hard time at the Rodd, they let use check in 5 hours early.

Excellent facility, very clean and well equipped. Restaurant on site and open late was a bonus, good food too.

Everything was fine. I had an excellent stay.
