Brakanes Hotel

Flott opphold på Brakanes Hotell med den flotteste utsikt fra hotellrommet og ut mot fjorden.

Koselig, men noe slitt hotell. Dårlig lukt på rommene som en gammel innrøkt brun pub. Maten var god. Dårlig håndhevelse av smittevernregler på buffeene, Her må man være mer på ballen og gi beskjed når gjester stiller seg opp i klynger i langvarige samtaler i midtgangen ved buffeen.

Fantastisk sted. beliggenhet. personlig service på en avslappet måte. litt lite rengjøring under senga. upraktisk med operert bein og krykker da det er litt kronglete med mye trapper og på vårt rom var det badekar med dusj i. Ellers alt topp.

Very friendly staff and beautiful views. Room was very basic. Breakfast was a disappointment probably due to Coach crowd. Dinner was very good

View, View, View. What a view of this hotel. Unfortunately, I did not get a room with view. But I do spend time on the restaurant, and rest place that can enjoy the wonderful view. However, the hotel itself is kind of out-dated. need some work on the room. Staff are helpful, breakfast is good.

Hated that could not get away from people smoking under the windows and outside the doors.

Amazing vistas from the lobby and room. ANYTHING about the room that didn't meet my satisfaction was EASILY overlooked due to the beautiful sites to be seen. The food in the restaurant was also excellent! A great stay, I recommend others stay here too!

Hotel is located in a beautiful site it must had been a great hotel atone time. Now it is in need of major upgrade. Most of the guest here are from bus tours. They came as a wave for breakfast and dinner pushing and cutting in line.

I have waited for many years to visit the Brakeness Hotel Ulvik for a special reason... My parents visited there a little over 50 years ago and it's magic paid off asmy Mother became pregnant with me during her stay with my father in the hotel. The time finally came for meto pay visit for the first time to this wonderful spot and cherrish it's wonderful atmosphere. The hotel never let me down in any respect and I was grateful for being given such interesting facts as to the hotel's history. The hotel has every service I could possibly require and to sit outside facing a wonderful fjord drinking a fine red wine made my journey feel unique. I cannot say enough about the hotel except "Go There" ! and thank you to all .Jeremy Goodwin

Our stay at Ulvik was truly wonderful and it was made even better by the staff of the Rica Brakanes Hotel. They were warm, courteous and accommodating and went out of their way to help us on several occasions. I would be delighted to recommend this hotel, and would love to stay there again!
