Helpful when I got lost driving around town

Quiet and staff is very friendly

My only issue was the renovation going on during my stay. Other than that, it was pretty good.

Convenient and quiet

It was fine for the one night that we stayed and they had the option for airport assistance which was helpful for the timeframes that they had.

Housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping the rooms immaculately clean and comfortable. But the killer is the reception: complete failure, total disaster. No courtesy, no customer service skills whatsoever, no common sense. I arrived at the hotel early. Because of that and to display their ghettoness, wickedness and greed, she managed to keep me and my family sitting at a little table waiting for close to 5 hours instead of having a room ready for us. And to top it off, she had the nerves to ask me for $15 if I want her to get a room ready for me, while other guests kept checking in and out right in front of us.. That’s disgusting. I still feel sick in my stomach. Best Western needs to watch out.

Didn’t like that the air condition was preset to only go as low as 68

Your front Desk Dai was great professional and very courteous. She made our stay of the chain she explained everything of the bat and also referred us to different spots where we were able to enjoy our meal 100%.

Rooms are absolutely filthy. Newly renovated which has take away important features such as cloths rod, light over bathroom sink, room safes, no safety bars in shower/tub. 24 hr coffee is never working properly. Worst of all hotel staff doesn’t care and gets an attitude when you confront them with problems. We have been coming here for years but will absolutely not come back.
