The location was ideal, close access to train and bus services routes. Travelling to Bonn Central station and Koln was on the same train access routes. Access to laundry facilities available and small coffee shops along the way to the train route access

Room cleaning and changing of towels and toiletories could be improved

Good connection to the city center. The bathroom had a small shower, but it was clean and I was not afraid to use it.

The smell in the hallway was terrible. The signs on the door said that the apartments were non-smoking, but I could smell cigarettes. There was an ashtray with cigarettes and dirty glasses left on the balcony from the previous stay. The bed was noisy, the mattress was too worn out, the furniture needs to be renovated. And the lady at the reception should have some communication training. The gentleman at check-in and check-out was above average.
