Quality Inn Tyler - Lindale

We liked that the rooms had a patio door. There was no breakfast and the adjoining restaurant was not open, two reasons we chose this property. There were several posted signs about what you could or could not do that felt a bit threatening. For the price it was an excellent value and the bed was very comfortable.

We called for check in instructions after paying online and let the receptionist know that we would be coming in from oklahoma around 3am and verified that we would be able to check in upon arrival. We arrived to the receptionist telling us that they marked us as a no show and gave our room to someone else and we would not be able to stay. My husband and i work nights and have traveled here for business and planned and reserved our stay in advance to avoid this exact problem, but you can’t really plan around a hotel that insists on being difficult.

room was clean. good towels. need more or larger soap bars. a/c filters need to be cleaned musty odor.

I didn’t get to stay because of the extra fees that were charged

the most terrible service, no air conditioning, dirty and apart they charge you from your card what they want

Everyone was nice and considerate and the place was clean.

Wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was fine, but the sheets had stains and pillows were dirty.

The first bed the sheets were dirty and I couldn’t figure out why the carpet was dirty

This place was disgusting. Upon entering the room my boyfriend went to the bathroom and noticed a large amount of dry urine mixed with pubic hairs on the toilet seat. He went downstairs and asked for someone to please come clean it, to which they handed him a bottle of cleaner and a towel and asked him to please bring it back when he was finished with it. So, we unfortunately had to continue our stay at this dump because there wasn’t another hotel with an open room on such short notice, but little did we know the best had yet to come.... we were packing to leave and he pulled out the computer chair, which we had never used during our stay, to put a bag on and we see a pair of obviously dirty men’s underwear sitting in the chair. Needless to say cleanliness is seriously lacking.

Nice clean bedding and good shower. Nice basic place to lay your head.
