It was conveniently located and relatively quiet

My room was very worn, and in need of maintenance, 2 of 3 lights available didn’t work and the furniture, walls, and frames on the walls were damaged. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the tub chipped, and tile cracked. Seemed like it could use some repairs.
