Breakfast was satisfying and plentiful.

Everything was fine. It was a pleasant place to stay.

The breakfast was more then I expected. The hotel was beyond what I expected for the price I paid, and excellent in any case.

The parking is too cramped.

Inflexibility of staff for checkout, room need fixing

Stayed in 1 one for one night and then had to move rooms the next day because they couldn't get any key cards working for the lock. I was not the only customer having this problem that day. I didn't feel they made this issue a priority. Some of the front desk staff was not dressed professional. In the second room they placed us in the shower water only seemed to work with hot water. The tub diverter was not working properly. I am not sure if the management has changed or what the problem was. We are stayed at this location multiple times and never had any issues. It was always a nice place to stay before.

The staff, especially Stephanie, was very helpful and kind.

We were not able to get the rooms cleaned - even when we ask specifically for it to be. Also the pool wasn’t very clean.

Not really to much to like. But only perks were not even the hotel itself but next to hotelbwas a restaurant and stores that were really convenient

The front desk lady was so very rude! I have never been to hotel where you just couldn't check in a little early. We came from houston to Austin for a graduation and needed to change and freshen up a little. The ceremony was at 4 and it was at least a 40 min drive to facility. We asked if we could check in a little early . It was an hour early and she was so rude and said absolutely not and pointed to a sign that had check in and out sign. We asked if the room was ready,clean and available she said yes but said you still can not check in until 3pm and again said in a voice like she was annoyed again pointing to sign and said check-in is at 3. There was a family also waiting to check in with 2 small children who were crying and obviously needed a nap or change and were also forced to sit in lobby and wait for 3 pm . I will never ever book here again.

The location was great very close to the church where the wedding was at

The sofa bed was nasty it was dirty potato chips, and stains that look like blood and some black stuff. I took pictures. The Tv not working could not get any channels. I went to the front desk they had to switch rooms we were all in our night gown. Asked for more 2 blankets they only had one. It was bad for the amount I paid. I will never stay there again. The pool was filthy.
