Incredible value for money at a quality hotel. Everything was perfect. The included breakfast and evening meal had a variety of food choices. It was close to all central attractions and the train station was easily walkable with cases if you went close to the Opera building. Bus and tram stops were 2 minutes away. Exceptional.

rooms were large and comfortable and great bedding. Breakfast had everything one needs to start the day!

Breakfast was decent with well stocked options, evening meal also had great freshly-prepared salads but no main meal for vegetarians which was a shame. Beds were comfy

Housekeeping strike and construction site directly outside were not the hotels fault but made the stay less than relaxing, noise on construction site started around 7.30 (including on Saturday) and the windows were not very good at sound-proofing. Fika options have generally been much better at other hotels that we’ve stayed at - including others in this chain of hotels.

Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente il buon gusto in stile nordico col quale sono stati arredati tutti gli ambienti dell’hotel, camere e parti comuni. Apprezzato il servizio di The, caffè sempre disponibile nella hall con pasticceria al pomeriggio. Buona anche l’opzione della cena, particolarmente adatta a chi piacciono le verdure. Lo staff della colazione e della cena gentile e attento. Posizione vicino alla stazione, alla zona dell’Opera e presso l’area portuale affacciata sul fiordo. Comoda a molti trasporti, oltre ai treni, nelle vicinanze innumerevoli fermate dei bus e partenza dei traghetti turistici. Volendo camminare, con una breve passeggiata si arriva alle vie dello shopping.

Non viene effettuata nessuna pulizia quotidiana della stanza né sostituiti i gli asciugamani, onestamente per il prezzo pagato non dovrebbe essere su richiesta del cliente ma compreso! La nostra stanza, sebbene NON fosse una standard ma una categoria superiore, aveva una vista terribile nell’interno cortile dal quale non si poteva neanche capire che tempo facesse…pioggia, sole? Boh… Un ultimo suggerimento all’hotel per dare più sicurezza agli ospiti che desiderano lasciare il bagaglio in custodia qualche ora prima della partenza: sarebbe opportuno mettere un’etichetta o dare un numero di riconoscimento in modo che non ci possano essere errori o malintesi, dal momento che l’operazione di recupero nella stanza preposta non viene fatta in presenza del personale alla reception.
