Excellent hotel, location, pool, breakfast, helpful staff. Organised our late night taxi to the airport and provided a to-go breakfast.

Check-in was a little slow

Petit déjeuner splendide, chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire, le calme la nuit malgré le nombre de chambres et l’emplacement

On a aimé tout ce que l’on a fait à noter que l’on était pas en demi pension et donc on a pas testé le reps

Piscine pour enfants + animations pour enfants + bonne qualité prix + repas bon. C'est un bon hôtel familiale pour un petit budget.

Kids club pas toujours accessible, les gens réservé dès le matin les chaises à la piscine.

Tengo que decir que excepcional el hotel en todos los sentidos. La ubicación perfecta porque está la playa a 100 m El desayuno, hacia tiempo que no veia un desayuno tan completo, no faltaba nada. Una calidad exquisita Las habitaciones perfectas, con sus terrazas Sinceramente volveremos. Una maravilla. El servicio excelente, en recepción los chicos muy amables y en el restaurante el servicio tambien muy bueno

Excellent modern, clean, family friendly but also quite cool hotel.

We paid for an upgrade when we got to the hotel. Decided when we got to the new room that we preferred the original room so went back to that one. I had to ask them for a refund of the difference paid (which I thought they should have done automatically when declining their upgrade). When it came to actually receiving the refund, they charged us for one night stay in the upgrade room, even though we were in there for 20 seconds before declining it. Multiple staff and management claimed that we had used the bathroom, and the bed etc, which just wasn't true. Eventually they offered us a few drinks vouchers, which we accepted. But a hotel of this standing really needs to do better with this stuff. That said, we would definitely return. The positives of the hotel absolutely outweigh the poor customer experience we had early on.
