Noon speaking English staff with horrible attitudes.

Awful. Do not stay here. Staff were not around, no professionalism. No note at the desk to say they would return. When they did, no welcome, no direction to room or elevator. No information given about breakfast or anything. A fifteen year old could have done a better job. Same at check out. People smoking right at the door, wandering aimlessly in and around the lobby, as if high. Did not seem safe. Room not well cleaned, and AC incredibly loud all night. Beds ok. Pillows awful. Vending machines took our money and did not produce products. Shame on me for not reading reviews before booking. Didn’t even think to look at the breakfast— would not trust the food after all the other unsavory issues. And wanted to get out as soon as possible.

I tried to book a room at the front desk and he quoted me o$142 I sat down and called and booked with Wndham rewards and got it for $121 I got to the room and the TV didn't work, so I called the front desk, and he said they needed to call the cable company. I was tired after a long day of driving so I just went to bed and watched my phone. LOL!

The gentleman working the front desk was rude and had an attitude. I've dealt with him before at a different hotel, and his attitude is very off putting.

Discovered during our stay that the hotel rents rooms to the state for the homeless. Common areas smelled. Bed was uncomfortable. AC noisy. Being next door to a cannabis retailer was distasteful as the parking lot always smelled of pot. Would definitely have stayed elsewhere.
