The coffee shop employees were very kind, the bell hops were so helpful

Pool staff was kind of rude, booking a cabana was such a headache. The “line” to get food or drinks at the pool is confusing and unmarked and if you stand in the wrong place “waiting in line” they won’t serve you until you wait in the right line
