Hotel lasciato andare, colazione con prodotti scadenti, finestre sporche, chiodo conficcato nel pavimento del bagno e l’abbiamo dovuto rimuovere noi perché fino al giorno successivo non ci sarebbe stato nessuno dello staff che poteva farlo, ecc…
