La Residenza Capri

It was an exceptional vacation in Capri, in my stay at La Residenca it was more special and convenient. I loved how the stuff treated us starting from upgrading the room to better location view until the support we received with anything we asked even the bottles of drinking water they change it in a daily basis. The hotel location is in the middle and has all the amenities we needed with spectacular view for sure I will come to Capri again and La Residenca will be my best choice 👍

Reservámos um quarto com vista jardim e o que nos foi atribuído não foi esse (foi um pior). Tivemos que pedir a alteração que, disseram, nos foi dada por exceção. Cuidado. De resto, tudo impecável.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans la zone piétonne de Capri, avec un accès facile pour les balades ainsi que les restaurants.

Rien à dire, tout était très bien.

The junior suite room is pretty big there is enough space for two people, I like the room very much in every aspect. It was very clean, bad was extremely comfortable, there is little table with a mirror where you can make your make up 😄 There is a nice balcony with pretty good view on the sea. The room is equipped with many lights, space for luggage, sofa and big bathroom with two sink which makes a difference. There is a lot of space to put all your stuff. The stuff is very kind, helpful and with positive energy. Hotel’s location is great, close to the main square in the hearth of Capri.

Breakfast was pretty much poor. Good coffee and tea but the food selection was basically sweet stuff only which is not a type of intercontinental breakfast. There was not much to eat

Очень удобное расположение, 5 мин пешком от центральной площади. Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд до люкса! Большой просторный номер. В номере было очень чисто, номер регулярно убирали. На обратном пути бесплатно донесли вещи до центральной площади, тк на такси туда от отеля не доехать.

Вид из номера оказался не такой как на картинке, мы специально брали вид на море. По факту вид на море был, но перед нами стояло здание, которое наполовину этот вид загораживало. В общем при бронировании лучше заранее уточнять этот момент, так как в зависимости от этажа и расположения номера вид на море может отличаться. Почему-то при уборке не всегда обновляли воду и кофе, приходилось специально просить. Завтрак включен, но почему-то часть блюд была за дополнительную плату. В целом это мелочи, проживание очень понравилось. Спасибо администрации!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Perfect location in the heart of Capri, a short walk to the Gardens of August, Via Krupp, Piazza Umberto and the incredible shopping lanes and cafes all around. The hotel lobby and room were fantastic. We liked it so much we canceled our day trip to Positano to stick around the hotel and Capri! Our room was beautifully decorated with tremendous views of Capri and the ocean. Huge balcony, tons of luggage space, very large bathroom and shower, etc. Also the room was very quiet which was a nice touch. The hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful, and they had great recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast which was included was also excellent. This hotel exceeded our very high expectations, and we hope to stay here again in the future.
