ibis Styles Düsseldorf - Neuss

Am Zimmer ist leider kein Kühlschrank Man kann sich also keine Getränke mitnehmen und einkühlen und hat daher in der Früh nur warmes ....

A very standard hotel, nothing wrong but no luxury

Hotel is nice and rooms also and clean, but very noisy. We got a room next to the lift and stairs and we could hear the doors going and people talking and walking down the stairs. Also people came at midnight, talked VERY loud for long, and at 5.00 I heard the alarm and they started again, also kids yelling in the other hallway that time. Maybe big family divided over the rooms... But breakfast was good, staff nice. Not sure if I stay here again next time, maybe with earplugs...

The hotel is located in the city of Neuss, which is just across the river Rhine of Düsseldorf. So it’s a good choice and presumably cheaper. The hotel is located in a commercial area. Free parking is available. And it’s quite silent at night around there. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are tidy and spacious. The sound insulation is not that great. But as there are only few rooms per floor the noise st night is very limited. The breakfast buffet is good and offers more than just the typical ingredients (nice bread rolls, croissants, bagels, cheese, ham, eggs, jams,...). In particular the bagel grill with instructions is a nice idea! A good start into the day! I would recommend the hotel for both private and business visits.

We had a really nice visit at ibis hotel. The breakfast was very nice presented and fresh served with a lot of choices. The hotel also helped us with our booking, that went wrong at Hotels.com. Thank you Franko and Moritz! Best regards from the Swedish family!

This is not at all the same category as some other Ibis Styles I have stayed at before should be more a budget one and lower according prices Looks like an old Ibis - and not even a modern one - in which they put some bright colours on the wall and now call it an Ibis Styles. Room very undescript. Bad and somber lights. Badroom sink is tiny, more like a toilet sink. Very old heating lamp that looks rusty and better be removed. Beds not particularly comfy. Breakfast buffet was pretty minimalistic in comparisson with other Ibis Styles that I stayed in. For me this needsto be a category lower and accordingly lower prices.

The hotel is about 7 min walk from the nearest tram station. The way is threw a green alley which is safe even during night. 2 min. more is the south entrance of town Neuss. It is situated in a very convenient and peaceful area particularly if you want to make excursions around. The parking is free of charge with many lots. The staff is very friendly and there is 24 hour free coffee and tea in the lobby. The family room consisted from two different rooms with a connected door. each room is spacious with its own bathroom. I could add a mini refrigerator and also a microwave oven. What I really didn't like was the very small sink in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi in our room was very poor whereas in kids' room was perfect. Breakfast is basic but it is OK if you considered the price. You can hire bicycles for two hours an hour. I could give a 4 and a half and certainly it met my expectations.

The Ibis Styles hotel in Neuss is a trendy and good hotel. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are colourful with very good beds and pillows. Small bathroom but it was nice and clean just like the room in General. Breakfast was very good. This hotel is only a 15 minute walk from the city center of Neuss. It's worth a visit. At the marketplace there are some very nice restaurants. Public transport to Dusseldorf is close. I would come back

We've stayed here for the easter holiday and I have to say I was very impressed by the quality of the hotel, unlike my other horrible experiences at Ibis (nearly nightmares). The hotel cleanliness is great, good choice of breakfast, the room itself is an average Ibis hotel, no furniture, all made of one piece of wood, horrible yellow lighting and tiny (but fairly clean toilet) bring your own toiletries because nothing is given, you only get shower gel and towels. The downsides of this hotel along with the Ibis hotels is that rooms have absolutely no ventilation, if you open the window is too noisy because there is a motorway in front of the hotel, also this hotel is not in the centre of Neuss, so you have to either walk a lot of take a taxi.

Yavuz Avtutan thank you for help with finding a room! :) standard hotel, quite clean, the biggest advantage is helpful team overthere :) good loctaion, easy to match by google navigation, prefect for stop for one night like in my case.
