Chambre bien équipée et lit confortable

the room was ok fior a 3 star hotel, the bed was so comfortable and there was a fan if you needed to use it. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well. Lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful. Will def stay again

The tea abd coffe left in the room tasted funny and could have done with more milk

Room decor outdated. Carpet in room dirty near the bathroom white stains. Curtains had moth holes. Kettle not near a PowerPoint ? Remote for TV did not work I had to get it replaced. Door in room 133 did not close tight so when the door in the hallway opened/ closed the door banged. I think the receptionist had to cook my meal though he tried his best it was not very nice. Everything was very fried. No chef available ?

Room fulfilled its obligations. It had a bed. There was a shower and a toilet. There was someone at reception when we arrived AND when we left. There was a bag drop available.

The room was badly designed. Three times on the first night, we were woken up because by shifting in my sleep I had hit the light switch for the main lights. The switch was far too close to the bed. The shower didn't seal properly and water went all over the bathroom floor every time someone showered. The bathroom door stuck and was noisy to open or close at night. There weren't enough towels. The lighting, both natural and artificial, was too low - not very good for working, putting on make up or trying to find a lost earring by. I was disappointed that the accessible entrance was difficult to find. The location isn't brilliant being tucked away in a maze of one-ways and pedestrian access through a series of dubious underpasses.
