"It lacked heat."

The bacon and sausages were undercooked.

My room was cold and the central heating thermostat didn’t work. I asked the staff and they brought me a portable heater, which after some time proved to not work. They brought another one that did work, but it’s stupid that the rooms thermostat and central heat were not working.
