"Leider nicht nochmal."

Lage.

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich. Weder wurde beim Auschecken gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt war, noch wurde sich verabschiedet. Lediglich während eines laufenden Telefonates die Hand nach der Zimmerkarte ausgestreckt. Das Zimmer war runtergelebt. Schimmel in der Dusche, Lüftung im Bad funktioniert nicht, Fenster war kaputt, ALLE Wände verschmiert und beschädigt, die Oberflächen wurden offensichtlich nicht gereinigt, fleckiger Teppich.

"Alles in allem gut."

Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für den Besuch des Parks von Sanssouci.

Wenn vereinbart ist, dass während des Aufenthalts keine Reinigung erfolgen muss, ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, wenn trotzdem gereinigt wird und Dosen und leere Flaschen entsorgt werden. Nicht jede Dose oder Flasche ist hierbei Abfall.

"2 Tage in Potsdam, einfach perfekt!"

Die Lage ist kurzum - optimal -. Wer Potsdam erkunden möchte, hier ist der richtige Ort! Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet alles was man für eine Städtetour benötigt. Die Tiefgarage ist außergewöhnlich groß. Das findet man selten!
