When i an on the 19th the day I was to arrive it was @ 10 am. Who ever answered was very rude..I was just wanting the address and was told that I couldn't checking early because the cleaning staff was not there..andni told here that that was fine I just needing the address. The one she gave me sent me some where in in the middle of nowhere. So we finally found it.. we changed in the parking lot, went to the lake, finally got a call @ 7 pm telling me that the room that we reserved the king suite was not available and didn't have another room available. So I told them to cancel it.. then about 30 mins later I got a other call saying they found me a room with 2 queen beds..I took it gotnit for the same price because she could not change price...the beds were full size not queen, the bathroom wasn't clean, ring around the tub, the shower curtain had ugly disgusting stains and the toilet was not clean around the bottom of toilet...don't know what what these cleaners clean but it is not the bathrooms.... if The hotel didn't have the king suite available when I called why didn't they Tell me that when I called? I would have plenty of time to find another place to stay. Yes they knew that because when the second shift lady who called me told me that she was told that they saw that that morning that it was not avaliable! So I was very disappointed and dissatisfied!

We did not stay there because the room was nasty and very dirty. The staff didn't even care. So we stayed at Super 8 instead. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.
