Pokoje duże, czyste. Hotel z bardzo dobrym standardem.

The room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed. Complimentary water bottles were refilled daily. The hotel also allowed us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which was much appreciated.

- The Wi-Fi did not work in our room. We asked the receptionist to check, and it worked fine when we connected in the lobby. However, once we returned to our room on the 3rd floor, there was no signal at all. We later realized the router might be located on the G floor. As a result, we had no Wi-Fi for the entire stay. - The TV in the room only offered local channels and did not allow access to any existing apps. When we asked about this, the staff simply told us that the TV was there but could not be used for anything beyond local channels. - The swimming pool was a major disappointment. It appears to be made of plastic and is so poorly maintained that it did not feel safe even to sit on the edge. It would honestly be better to close it permanently. There was no sign indicating that it was out of use, so we tried to use it and quickly realised that its condition was far from suitable.

雙人房帶陽台的房間內空間大，離古城區很近，很安靜

雙人房入住時，浴室地板有一條未收的地墊，淋浴區和洗手台置物區偏小，床頭有一邊的插座完全沒辦法使用，有些電源的開關也怪怪的，朋友住三人房，熱水器從第一天不穩，隔天請工作人員來看東調西調還是不穩，最後朋友只好到我們雙人房來洗澡

地理位置佳、機能好

原住宿點狀況不佳因此臨時預訂此間飯店，外觀如圖片相同，不過有幾點讓人感覺不適。首先這次入住1F雙人房，此房間左側是電梯及樓梯右側為員工用空間，加上隔音非常差勁，只要員工開始上班或有其他旅客在等電梯時聊天你都會聽得一清二楚。其他評論也有寫到房間有蚊蟲、床單不乾淨，入住幾天即便請房務打掃還是有些微污漬、蚊蟲，甚至在第二天晚上在浴室看到蟑螂，並且整理後備品（滾筒式衛生紙）幾乎每天都在不同位置，讓人很懷疑這間住宿專業度，最後房間的電子門鎖時不時都會發出聲響，不知道是被其他人誤觸還是門鎖本來的設定，但是在深夜時門鎖突然想起真的會嚇到。最後最讓人不舒服的地方，就是booking的message這間飯店完全不會使用！因為我英文沒有那麼流利加上也不太好意思當面反應，所以採用booking來聯絡住宿方希望可以給予我們回應，但是從來沒讀過：）。
