You could hear noise from other rooms or passers.

The check-in process was stressful. The receptionist seem to be unaware of some petty informations.

Excellent location, close to restaurants,shops etc. Very friendly staff, High speed internet and an awesome rooftop terrace to unwind .

Should not be classed as a hotel. It’s just rooms for hire. Bathroom drains need work both shower and waste drains (stank like death)

My experience at this hotel was absolutely disgraceful staff besides ( Nana the receptionist and security ) had no clue on what customer service is, on arrival I check-in late and expected to pay by card but the hotel card reader wasn't working I was told I could pull out money the next day before I even woke up I was awaken by a loud knock demanding payment, staff even hesitate to give us toilet paper before payment, the hotel didn't even have enough bed sheets so one night i had to sleep with a duvet cover as bedding , and the sheets the next day wasn't even clean

This hotel was exactly what we needed. It was clean and so neat. The staff was truly amazing. I wll return here many times.
