The staff were very friendly. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. We loved the seaport area too with lots of nice open space areas

While all the staff were fantastic, the hotel didn’t have many children staying so we felt a little out of place with our 2 young kids among the other guests

Everyone was super nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as there were so many places to eat and drink within walking distance. We went to a concert at Leader Bank Pavilion which was also within walking distance.

Not a fan of all the extra fees piled up on top of the regular hotel stay price. You can’t blame the hotel for that though. Taxachusettes loves putting their sticky little fingers in your wallet.
