Stay here was comfortable. Location is quite central. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread has good variety. The hallways look dated but the room itself is updated and clean.

This so-called 4-star hotel doesn’t even deserve 1. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. ✔ Filthy & Poorly Maintained – The first room had broken glass, stained chairs, a non-working phone, and a showerhead that barely functioned. The second room wasn’t any better. ₹35,000 for three nights? Absolutely not worth it. ✔ Terrible Service – Room service was painfully slow, and the staff couldn’t be bothered to help. ✔ Useless Amenities – No WiFi, no working phone, and even the shower was a challenge. Basic comforts were completely missing. Regret doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel about booking this place. At these prices, they should be paying me to stay! And judging by how they ignore bad reviews, it’s clear they don’t care. Stay anywhere else.

I reserved the deluxe suite. The bathroom shower, tub and the toilet pot were in terrible condition. They shouldn’t be called a 4 star hotel with that kind of maintenance.
