Please note that guests are required to produce a valid ID proof at the time of check in. Foreign guests need to produce a valid passport with visa whereas Indian guests need to produce a valid Government approved ID. PAN card will not be considered as proof For cash settlements of INR 50,000/- and above will require a pan card copy during check out. Please note mandatory Gala Dinner Charges will be applicable for all in house guests on 31st Dec 2025 at INR 4000 Plus 18% Taxes Per Adult and INR 3000 Plus 18% Taxes for Kids between 6–12 Year per kid. Kids below 6 Years will be served on complimentary basis. Gala dinners will include Unlimited in- house (IMFL) beverages, unlimited snacks, Gala Dinner and DJ night. "Poor cleanliness, unhygienic, decent location, not 5* at all."

The only positive notes were location and the staff members were decent. Booked for my mother and this was her observation.

Unhygienic rooms - never expected in a so called 4-5* hotel. I wouldn’t even expect this in a 3* start hotel to be honest. Regular India traveler. Was shocked when my mother sent me photos. Stained pillows, towels seemed very old / poor material and discoloration, there were flies in the room and on the bed / towels. It all just fell well below standards and unsettling to come into room like this late at night after a long flight. I did have to raise the matter with staff.
