Please note that guests are required to produce a valid ID proof at the time of check in. Foreign guests need to produce a valid passport with visa whereas Indian guests need to produce a valid Government approved ID. PAN card will not be considered as proof For cash settlements of INR 50,000/- and above will require a pan card copy during check out. Please note mandatory Gala Dinner Charges will be applicable for all in house guests on 31st Dec 2025 at INR 4000 Plus 18% Taxes Per Adult and INR 3000 Plus 18% Taxes for Kids between 6–12 Year per kid. The hospitality of the staff specially Muskan and Prerna was really nice. They even allowed me to check in early as well. I would highly recommend to book this hotel.

"Though it was first time stay in this hotel but we all family were very disappointed."

Nice location

Not met the expectations at all ☹️. Seems Not upgraded and probably having the rooms as like 30 years ago. Wash basin tap having wrong side of hot water and cold water marks. Toilet seat height is lower than standard. Sofa cum bed was broken hence they have to put another bed which was not comfortable. Bathroom door back side, means inside of bath room to hang the cloths were broken, similar many problems. WiFi was not connecting, for laptop connection on WiFi, called to reception but no one came to fix. Overall room ambiance was like not renovated since 30-40 years.
