"Pros and Cons"

Better place than the rest of the Mumbai hotels. Staff was fine, but they should be trained more whenever I had called they said that I have to ask my senior. One of the staff was speaking in a loud voice with his subordinates in the lobby that really is something they should work on. Nisara food was very good, but should improve in terms of maintenance. Room phone was not working, the receiver could not hear my voice.

The floor near the lifts looked as if they hadn't been polished for years!! I found small cockroaches in the wardrobe, foul smell came from the AC. Didn't like the bathtub , it made lot of creaking noise while standing on it, and had some marks on. It was evident they had attached some kind of paper on it. The W.C has some yellowish lines, which requires a lot of cleaning or either the should change the W.C. Lobby women's washroom was also not clean.
