The breakfast and waiting staff👍👍👍 House keeping staff 👍

The key cards was a disaster considering it’s a five star property. The key just would not work in the elevator and even the room door. I had to go down to the reception atleast 8 times in my three days. It was embarrassing. Yet the hotel simply chose to blame the cell phone 😂 when Infact there was no cell phone. The rooms are very tired

Hôtel confortable dans lequel on se sent rapidement comme chez soi .. avec le service en plus!! Le personnel est aux petits soins excepté le gérant du spa rigide et peu enclin à satisfaire les clients même réguliers! Un peu dommage car le reste est vraiment très agréable si on veut se reposer et faire du shopping à pieds

Le prix des nuits peut varier du simple au double ce qui n’est pas confortable pour un séjour un peu long
