I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Hotel Ariston. When I made my reservation, I clearly requested a room with two separate beds for two guests. I even sent a message in March 2026 to confirm this request well in advance. Despite that, we arrived to find only one bed in the room. What makes this even more frustrating is that upon arrival, the staff acknowledged that a two-bed room had been requested. However, instead of having the room ready as requested, we were told the next morning to pack all of our belongings and move out of the room so that we could be transferred later to a room with two beds after another guest checked out. This was completely unacceptable. We had a planned schedule in Venice and did not have time to interrupt our day to pack and relocate our belongings. I explained to the staff that the hotel could move our luggage to the correct room after it had been cleaned and prepared, but no satisfactory solution was provided. Additionally, the toiletries provided, including shampoo and shower gel, appeared to be intended for only one person, even though the reservation clearly stated two guests. The most disappointing part of this experience is that the issue was known in advance. I communicated my request months before arrival, yet it was not properly handled. The lack of attention to customer requests and poor planning resulted in an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. Unfortunately, this situation has left a very negative impression. The problem was never properly resolved, and I do not intend to book with Hotel Ariston again. I strongly encourage management to be more attentive to guest requests and ensure that confirmed requirements are actually fulfilled before guests arrive.

Cama incómoda,baño no funciona ducha ni el lavamanos todo embozado y el agua solo caliente y no podía duchar porque quema mucho en general nada recomendable

La atención del personal fue genial. La ubicación esta bien y tiene parking gratis que tambien es bueno

Las instalaciones anticuadas cómodas pero antiguas. La comida de buffet estaba fría y poca variedad.
