Please note that the rooms are located in 2 buildings separated by an alley. Please note that eating is not permitted in the spa. The hammam, sauna, and whirlpool baths are prohibited for children under 12 years of age. Children may only access the pool area if accompanied by an adult. The aquatic area is reserved for adults from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Any cancelation of a service (treatments, massages, etc.) less than 24 hours in advance will result in full payment for the service. Please note that we will perform a pre-authorization on your credit card upon your arrival. The amount will be released on the day following check-out. Depending on your bank, this amount may appear as a charge for up to 14 days after the transaction. Please note that the parking area is underground and cramped. Good breakfast. Good room.

Annual festival in Chamonix, very loud music sat - 1am and 2:30am Sunday. Not hotels fault but no warning and had really poor sleep both nights.

The location near to center walking distance not far to the Mont Blanc and coaster.

The space of the room it’s too small it’s looks like for single guest not twin room which i requested also the bathroom small too, for family who have more people I don’t recommend it.

The facilities and location

There was a concert past midnight and the staff couldn’t even changes us to a quieter room. Nobody told us that there was going to be a festival directly facing our room. Extremely disappointed, their response was “it is a national holiday”. Ruined our stay
