No quarto reservado nada funcionou,água quente,internet e ar condicionado..Tivemos que trocar de quarto várias vezes eu e meu esposos PCD.Passando por constrangimento o mesmo tendo que ir até recepção para retirar a cadeira de banho sendo que o funcionário nos comunicando que no momento estava sozinho atende achei uma falta de consideração com a hospedagem. E mesmo assim ficamos pois já estávamos muito cansado da viagem e tbm desse enorme transtorno. Peço meu reembolso de tudo que passamos.
