Motel 6-Statesville, NC

Stayed 2 nights..the first night they were moving furniture all night long upstairs and the second night, it was like living in a door and drawer testing facility...all night long you could hear doors opening and closing and drawers being slammed....that was very annoying until the train whistle at 3:45AM.....

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it served me well.

Pet friendly, people friendly, convenient.

No coffee or coffee pot in room. Lobby was not open at 7 am

The hotel room was horrible. The front door didn’t lock properly, the bed was hard and wasn’t a real bed. It was a mattress sitting on a wood platform. The toilet was rocky, the shower curtain was full of dusty. There were bugs in the room and there was no blanket on the bed. There was very thin duvet. The walls and door was dirty along with the door where the AC unit and heater were.

Location off the highway

No Breakfast , very noisy guests

Jay is an excellent front desk attendant. Very professional and courteous. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Sometimes the hotel patrons will take your parking spot. If the parking spot is in front of your Room then it should be considered your parking spot and not to be occupied by other patrons.
