Norfolk Royale Hotel

Thank you so much for a lovely Holiday ( 16th to 20th Feb with Alfa Travel] I really enjoyed the time there the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were impeccable and very helpful, the food delightful complements to the chef. thank you again. a gold star to everyone Mr Geoffrey Bartlett

Absolutely shocking stay me and my wife left the hotel by 22.30. We stayed in an executive double room so was expecting a large comfy bed god no it was 2 single beds pushed together which were hard as a plank of wood. I’ll give the night guy on reception credit he did try to give us another room like ours but had same outcome bed was rock solid (we stayed in room 301). Hotel definitely gone downhill stayed there a good few times before and never had this problem total waste of money >:(

We have stayed at the Norfolk Royale Hotel in Bournemouth many times, always found it very clean, lovely rooms, staff are friendly and welcoming!! Great food and well situated for the beach and shops!!

Excellent location and really friendly staff. The receptionist was lovely and went out of her way to bring me soya milk for my tea. Fantastic pool and jacuzzi! Hotel looks beautiful and impressive from the outside.

The bed was so unbelievably hard, we both woke up with bad backs. The decor for the room and dining room was very dated and the branding of the parent company was very budget-looking
