Hotel Roma

Greedy people running this hotel, asking for double bed as condition to book, they don’t reply until I can’t cancel and then tell me I can’t have my request, they will see when I come.. I wish I read more reviews before booking there..

Quarto espaço e confortável, tudo bem limpo. Funcionários simpáticos, ótima localização.

O único problema é o barulho alto que faz o ar condicionado no quarto.

The staff were very helpful. Esp. at the bar (where I got hot water since there was no kettle in the room) and at the desk, when I asked for eating recommendations.

It's a very busy place, with tour buses of people. The people in the room above us were playing soccer or something in the room, stomping around til almost 3am. The trains also were fairly noisy - we asked for quiet room so this was an issue.

Friendly and professional staff. Good location for work visits, outside of touristic attractions but with a good transport access

Hotel is in a desperate need of renovation. Some bathroom fixtures are borderline broken, water pressure is poor. Carpers are full of stains. Room smells like a granny house.
