The rooms very spacious and so clean! Located in center of town and double glazing very good ! Staff were great. Pool was lovely and comfortable

My bed was very hard. And staff put something to try and help but I still found it very hard. We had problems with a c unit and the staff adjusted it from reception but to be honest we couldn’t sleep well the last night was a bit better as technician came but still wasn’t good enough so spoilt nights for us

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend – alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ob Geschäfte, Restaurants, die wunderschöne Altstadt oder der Strand – man benötigt kein Auto und kann die Umgebung ganz entspannt erkunden. Das Hotel selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und komfortabel, und die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Jeder Mitarbeiter war stets aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt haben. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Ein tolles Extra sind die kostenlosen Handtücher für Strand und Pool, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Auch das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer großen Auswahl, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei ist. Insgesamt ein fantastisches Hotel mit erstklassigem Service, perfekter Lage und einem großartigen Team. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great location in the old town. The rooftop pool is great and the staff are very friendly.

We had persistent issues with the shower not draining leading to the bathroom flooding which we complained about a couple of times but they couldn’t seem to fix it. Soaking towels we used to clean up the flooded bathroom were left on the floor by cleaners and were not replaced.
