Awful, very old and grubby Hotel, awful area, my dogs kennels are nicer

Don't be put off by the East Berlin 1988 exterior. This hotel is very good on the inside. It had very friendly and helpful staff, or room was clean and well-equipped, the wifi was excellent, and it was only a few minutes from the station. We had breakfast in the hotel, and that too was a wise choice. It was as good as the rest.

Bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse. Baignoire étroite et dangereuse, peu de place pour les pieds quand on se douche. Cloison mal isolée, on entend la TV et les bruits des voisin s de chambre. Literie de qualité. Petit déj très moyen pour le prix.. Viennoiseries sans goût. Probablement du surgelé.jus d'orange soit disant pressé. J'en doute. Locaux agréables, mais l'hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles.

Contact telephonique prealable avec la directrice tres agreable. Mais deception sur place. Entree non balayee. Poubelles non changées dans la chambre. Sièges dans la chambre en lambeaux. Voir Photo.( Les deux dans le même etat.) Inadmissible pour un 3 etoiles.

Accueil agréable, chambre propre et suffisamment équipée.

Having specifically sought a room suitable for a disabled client, specifying the need for a shower & with beds, we were assured of these but there was no shower; the bath was deep with insufficient support - dangerous for anyone who is disabled. The bath screen & all of the chrome was badly marked & detailed cleaning was lacking. The wc was low & unsuited to anyone disabled. There was a lack of general interest by staff. Generally a disappointing experience.

Het is een goed doorgaans hotel maar Wat meer luxe zou wat beter uitkomen bv thee en koffie faciliteiten is huidig een minimum op de kamer. Lekker vlakbij het centrum en nette service.

Breakfast. Parking on site. Short walk to city centre.n

Nothing to dislike.
