"It was close to where we were going. But, there are more hotels in the area. I will try somewhere different to stay next"

Close to our destination

The elevator wasn’t working. The walls are paper thin. So, we could hear every door opening and closing. The sheets were stained.

"I would not choose this location again due to the problems I experienced."

The room was fairly comfortable and the AC unit was a plus.

The elevator wasn’t working and as a senior, it was not easy carrying my luggage up the stairs. The registration associate should have offered assistance either by her or other staff.

I loved that they worked with me and had great customer service during my whole situation. I a

That I booked a room in advanced for a basketball tournament with several other teams mates. They were doing construction, so everything that they advertised was not available. We all decided to stay somewhere else. Everyone has received their refunds except me. I booked the room June 18--22. It is know Sept 15. I have been going back and forth with you and booking being told exact same thing everything and no gets to the resolution.
