Breakfast was varied with a lot of beer and fruit. The location is good. and taxi is cheap.

The hotel is very conveniently located — the metro is right next to it, and the Billa supermarket is within walking distance. There are lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The breakfasts are excellent, and the guys at reception are super friendly. We checked in 3 hours earlier than the scheduled time, and our rooms were ready. The room was very quiet, and the beds are comfortable. They brought us water every day.

The pool access design raises serious safety concerns for a 5-star hotel. The entrance to the pool uses slippery cylindrical metal bars instead of proper flat anti-slip steps. My wife slipped while entering the water, injured her leg, and could easily have suffered a far more serious injury. It was especially surprising to encounter such conditions in an EU member state, where stricter compliance with European safety standards would normally be expected, particularly EN 13451 governing swimming pool equipment and access systems. What disappointed us most was the lack of concern after the incident. No apology or basic concern was shown by the staff after my wife was injured. In addition, I was asked to leave the pool because I was not wearing a swimming cap, despite having very little hair and a large bald area. No swimming caps were available to guests, and I was advised to return to the room and use a shower cap instead. Considering that SPA access costs €23 per person per day, the overall experience felt disappointing and not at the level we expected from a 5-star hotel.
