Localização e simpatia dos empregados. A vista é bonita

Hotel a precisar de renovação. Passagem de Ano sem oferta de um champanhe,e o pequeno almoço muito básico,nem um bolo caseiro! Nada que lembrasse o começar do Ano Novo!

As condições do hotel, o banheiro (estava com vazamento no bide) Barulho (dava pra ouvir até os passos no corredor e um bate bate de portas absurdo) A demora no check in (pareceu-me que o quarto que reservei não estava disponível)

O conforto do nosso estúdio, no 15 andar com uma vista maravilhosa! As camas eram super confortáveis e o quarto estava quentinho.

A nossa sanita estava suja por fora. O pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar, então quando há apenas 1 máquina de café a funcionar e mal... O facto de não ter restaurante, ou não estar a funcionar naquela noite, tb não é um ponto positivo.

Pouco isolamento acústico. A banheira não é como consta nas fotografias. Pouca variedade no pequeno almoço. Parque de estacionamento do hotel indisponível.
