Gostamos do atendimento, os funcionárias são muito prestáveis e atenciosos. A vista do quarto é muito bonita. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e tem bastante variedade. Muito bem localizado para ver as luzes de natal e visitar outros sítios da cidade.

Gostaria de ter aproveitado a banheira de hidromassagem mas, não foi possível porque existia resíduos nos repuxos, e por isso deveriam ter mais atenção à limpeza da banheira, visto que existem buracos e podem alojar vários resíduos de outros banhos. Deveriam também arranjar outro tipo de almofadas para o alojamento para que se tornasse mais confortável ainda mas, isto é apenas uma sugestão. Em relação à questão da insonorizarão, têm que melhorar muito, pois ouve-se tudo dos outros quartos, acrescento também que não há isolamento nas janelas, quando há vento a janela exterior começa a fazer muito barulho. O Wifi funcionava muito mal.
