Amazing hotel a real treat. Fantastic facilities and roof top bar.

The hotel is super nice, sparkling clean and very modern. I spent most of the time between the pool area and the beach club. The food is also out of this world. The only thing to improve would be that the staff should tell you about all the amenities (I was not told there was a rooftop nor a gym available).

We had problem after problem with this hotel. We thought this hotel would be the destination and not simply a place to stay. We chose this hotel for its reassurance during COVID but they were far from ready Check in. I requested to send documents and passports in advance to minimise contact with staff. However check in took 20 mins and passports were handled & then paper forms requested Entered the room and showered and the room flooded with the cheap finishings of the room. Very ikea type look. We reported this to reception on route to the swimming pool. Sun loungers were not 2 meters apart as per pre check in and the pool life guard squeeze loungers within cm with no social distancing. He also did not have face mask like cleaners or staff outside the reception area. After no luck with reception we contacted hotels.com to request intervention to this. We got in touch with the general manager who changed our room. We came in and initially it was fine. Popped for a bite to eat & came back to find a dog sleeping on our bed. We requested a room clean because of COVID potentiality travelling on pets. We came back in the early hours to find the cleaners had interpreted that as that off the duvet cover the dog has sat on and leave the exposed duvet there. We realised this in the morning. I went to have a coffee. No capsules & coffee cups removed. Water was not replaced. I went to breakfast and that was at a timed slot. Massage service was poor. We checked out early

I thought the property was absolutely gorgeous! We walked to town everyday, about 40 min walk. Beautiful!!!

We ended our fabulous vacation in Spain, after visiting Barcelona and Madrid, with a relaxing night at ME Sitges! The location is amazing, right on the beach, with glamorous accommodations (get a sea view if you can!) a two lovely pool (the rooftop pool was not accessible as there was a film shoot happening, which was a slight disappointment), and an amazing rooftop bar with spectacular views! The resort is about a 30 minute walk along the beach boardwalk to the main part of town, which made for a beautiful evening stroll for shopping and dinner! We were met by very generous and helpful reception hosts upon our arrival, and we were very impressed by the staff, room service and entire property. Sadly we did have one major complaint that needs to be mentioned. The next morning we found that our room key would not turn on the lights to room, and even after many calls to reception to have the lights restored they never sent someone to turn them on for us. We had to pack and get ready to check out IN THE DARK! This was unacceptable, and even at check out we were only given a modest "sorry for the inconvenience". A fluke maybe, but still not a great way to end such a wonderful experience.
